While we’re not able to offer samples at this time, we are committed to reducing barriers for our community to try Drink Ramp! If you buy a product from our website or Amazon and you are unhappy with it, send us an email at hi@drinkramp.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund.

While flexible spending and health saving accounts (FSA and HSAs) do not reimburse supplements geared towards general health, some dietary supplements may be eligible for reimbursement when they have been recommended by a healthcare professional for the treatment or prevention of a specific condition or disease.  

Ramp! products are HSA/FSA eligible, and require a recommendation from your healthcare professional deeming your order as medically necessary. 

For all Ramp! products purchased with HSA/FSA, you will need your receipt (you can utilize your order confirmation email ), a copy of this one-page form (completed by your healthcare professional), and a record of your medical visit, as proof of eligibility in the case of an IRS audit.

For Ramp! Up the Day, we encourage you to try boosting your smoothie with favorite flavor combinations (are you a peanut lover??? Try a scoop of PB!). For Ramp! Down the Night….If you are still not a fan, no worries - just send us an email at hi@drinkramp.com within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund.

For Ramp! Up the Day, simply blend one scoop of powder with 8oz of cow or plant-based milk, along with your favorite fruit. For an extra boost, add nut butter or yogurt! For Ramp! Down at Night, mix one scoop of powder with 8oz (240 ml) of hot or cold water. If preferred, place the liquid in a popsicle mold and freeze.

While there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ rule, our community tell us that they mostly enjoy Ramp! Up the Day earlier in the day after waking, as a part of their morning routine. While many indicate that Ramp! Down the Night is best 30-60 minutes before heading into bed, others enjoy the soothing drink as a part of a wind-down routine after dinner.
