What are overnight oats?
We love a quick breakfast hack! Overnight oats are a quick and easy version of oatmeal that is stored overnight in the fridge. This simple and satiating meal can be made the night before and enjoyed on the go.

Why is dietary fiber important?
Fiber is an extremely important nutrient to support gut health and maintain healthy digestion. Ramp! Up the Day contains prebiotic fiber to support GI health, optimize healthy gut bacteria and maintain bowel regularity. High-quality fiber also helps your teen stay full for longer!

What if my teen is plant-based or gluten free?
This recipe can be easily customised to fit any lifestyle. Swap out cow’s milk for a plant-based version, and use GF oats for gluten-free teens! You can also select the fruit and toppings to fit your teen’s preferences. It is also important to note that Ramp! Up the Day is a plant-based product, and is free of all major allergens.

How can I add more protein to this recipe?
Ramp! Up the Day already contains 8g of plant-based protein, and teens will also benefit from the additional protein in the oats. However, if you want to bump up the protein content in this recipe, you can add a high-protein yogurt or use a milk that is fortified with extra protein.

How can I make sure my busy teen is eating enough?
Many teens lead quite the busy lifestyle, and it can be tricky to make sure they are getting the fuel they need. Offering a variety of grab-and-go snacks can be extremely beneficial for your teen’s day to day nutrition.
